Senior Coordinator Programme Management

Role at MRDI:           Administrative

Reporting to:            Manager Programme

Responsible for:      Programme coordination and management

Purpose: To ensure proper coordination and management of programme under projects 

Main functions of the post:

  1. Leadership: Remain vigilant about day-to-day function and coordination of programme and take quick decision in managing crisis in consultation with the management.
  1. Management:
  • Provide administrative and logistics support for day-to-day management of events and programmes under projects.
  • Move requisition for issuing logistics and materials for events and programmes, when required.
  • Move requisition for cash advance for programmes and events when required and reconcile as per policy.
  1. Technical: Ensure proper use of logistics and equipment during events and programmesEnsure proper use of logistics and equipment during events and programmes
  1. Communication: Support manager programme and project focal points in dispatch and communications.
  1. Organizational: Contribute to organizational growth and branding by practicing excellence in programme management.
  1. Others: Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the authority.
