OBJECTIVES
To sensitize the district advisory committee members on RTI Act, 2009 and orient them about their roles and responsibilities in strengthening the implementation of the Act.
To orient the Designated Officers from 57 ministries/divisions about the provisions of RTI Act and their specific responsibilities.
To develop a set of research tools for proactive disclosure assessment of ministries.
