GOAL
Safeguarding, strengthening and sustaining the Bangladesh democracy by boosting and facilitating a more pro-active and efficient role of the Bangladesh press in election coverage.
OBJECTIVES
Assessing the capacity building needs of leading national and community newspapers for better election reporting.
Devising training content tailored to the identified needs and organize in-house trainings.
Enhancing competence of print and electronic media journalists in pro-democratic, objective, neutral, accurate, holistic and reader/viewer friendly election reporting.
