Beginning with providing the forms, filling them up to identifying relevant agencies and explaining the different provisions of the law, RTI helpdesk is ready to help people at every step of the way. The helpdesk also operates a hot line to suppose individuals, organisations and government agencies – both information seekers and information providers – in its bid to ensure open flow of information.
